Financial Reporting: To maintain accountability and transparency, all capital usage reports will be published in the project's quarterly reports. These reports will be readily available for stakeholders and the public to review.

Public Contracts: As per government regulations in Mexico, all contracts for energy purchases are subject to review by the governmental entity known as CENACE (National Center for Energy Control). Thus, all contracts acquired for this project will be made available to the public.
